Sukumar is a renowned Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer known for his groundbreaking work in Telugu cinema. He began as a mathematics lecturer before transitioning to filmmaking, making a stellar debut with Arya (2004), which established his unique storytelling style.

Known for blending complex narratives with commercial appeal, Sukumar has delivered blockbuster hits & critically acclaimed films like Arya 2, 100% Love, One Nenokkadine, Nannaku Prematho, Rangasthalam, and the pan-Indian phenomenon Pushpa: The Rise. With the recent Pushpa 2: The Rule, he has established himself as one of the biggest directors of India. A recipient of critical acclaim and numerous awards, he also founded Sukumar Writings to nurture new talent along with his wife, Thabitha Sukumar.

Gopi Talkies was started by Sesha Sindhu Rao who is a Director herself to tell the stories that are not mainstream but have the potential to reach the hearts of the audience. Gopi Talkies intends to launch new talent into the Telugu Film Industry who have their own unique voice and support the first steps of their journey.

Padmavathi Malladi was born in a Telugu family in Hyderabad. She grew up in a family of academicians. After finishing her post graduation and working as a trainer for a few years she pursued a career in screenwriting after realising her ardent love for writing.

With over a decade of experience, Padmavathi Malladi has an impressive portfolio of work. She has contributed to successful projects like Manamantha, directed by Chandrasekhar Yeleti, Choosi Choodangaane directed by Sesha Sindhu Rao, the National Award-winning film Mahanati directed by Nag Ashwin, and Ammu produced by Stone Bench and Amazon Prime and directed by Charukesh Sekhar. She is currently working on an upcoming web series called Brinda for Sony Liv. In addition to her work as a writer, she has also served as an executive producer and co-director.
